Join us, September 22nd, for a dinner cruise aboard the Portland Spirit.
Tek Hoat Dinner Cruise 2018 is an event that changes the lives of children forgotten in a society that places no value on an orphan's life. By joining us on this event, you help to fund the Tek Hoat Orphange for one year and raise the construction budget for our mission teams that travel to Cambodia.
Our church, The Bridge Church in Portland, sponsors this orphanage located in the Kompong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. We have fully funded Tek Hoat for 2017 and 2018 and this event will help us to get 2019 funded. For $15,000 a year, we are able to provide a home, food, clothing, and schooling for 20 children and 6 teachers and staff. We are committed to annually funding Tek Hoat, sending missions teams to Cambodia and adding more homes to support. Tek Hoat is currently one of 106 such homes, caring for about 3000 children, scattered throughout Cambodia. We will be holding several live auctions. To see the various items avaiable at the event please go to our Facebook Page, Tek Hoat Dinner Cruise. There will also be an opportunity to give directly to Tek Hoat while on the Portland Spirit. Included in the price of the ticket, are photographers who will take photographes on board and email you a jpeg after the event. We will also accept cash, check or bankcard to purchase auction items and donate to Tek Hoat during the event.
So come prepared to have a fantastic evening on the Willamette River enjoying a wonderful meal, with wonderful people, enjoying the sights and supporting an amazing cause. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Tek Hoat and all donations are tax deductiable as we are a 501(c)(3) organization.
